CORPORATE, where the rights of the individuals case to exist,

You Tube needs to have a process for reversing flagging that is personally motivated.
The removal of a flagged video while it is under investigation is a fine idea, and removing members who deliberately violate content rules and copyright laws is necessary.
But, everyone is worthy of having a case reviewed and having a bad judgment overturned.
You Tube needs to find a way to have a review process as well as a flagging process.

Isnt it funny how the "Creationist" Or the ilk, are determend to win via opression of free speech? I mean, the whole "We have morals" junk kinda ends here, when you use underhanded tactics to stop people from speaking out who dissagree with you. I love this vid, because we WILL keep comming back, and you flaggers cant stop us!
