corporate version of HAARP on tape!!? read description first

Something really really strange happened today. And the best is that i have it on video :) but before you go and press play, i have to tell you what was going on. On July 5th, saturday of 2008, I went up to the roof of the appartment building where i live. The day was sunny with little or no wind whatsoever. I have my radio there and had it on while this was going on. I noticed some static noise at first, but it didnt seemed to be out of the ordianary. Anyways for about an hour nothing really happened other than the strange static on the radio. Note that you couldnt hear this noise, it was only picked up on the radio, and later i found out that it was picked up partly on television too. The sound started to pick up speed faster and faster with a different rythm. I noticed the clouds to start forming. (look at the lower left corner of the video) they seem to come from nowhere. Apparently that is very damn close the Eklipse Global research station in town. the static keep on comming and a rainstorm followed. by then my camera gave in. I dont know, it didnt get wet or anything, it just stoped working. later that night i saw the recording, i am shocked. I guess that it pays off to go smoke and look around at the roof of the appartment building.

The next day i finally went to check out what this eklipse global place is all about. But i was turned around by a guard. this seems to be one of many. the name of the station is "Dolores", which doesnt really give any clue what it is for. I think that it was responsible for the strange weather patterns. I dont know what do you think?

This video is bullshit, the sounds he has in this video was takin from a recording of Saturn, GOOGLE "sounds of saturn" and listen for yourself...this has nothing to do with HAARP or Scalar Technology thats for sure...just a suggestion but you should spend your time making videos that will help rather then confuse more of the population.

My neighbor is a ham rado operator.I know he picks up strange waves the past few years,this though looks like electronic discharges-ok,I'll check out eklipse for sure..itd be nice to get a vid of their roof closer,from another building perhaps...good eye good job.
