I'm 6'1 and weight just 145. I started a full body strength training programme a couple of weeks ago and I'm gradually increasing my weights.
The thing I struggle with is diet. I've started eating a lot more, but it can be difficult to eat decent foods high in protein every 3 hours.
I don't want to gain too much fat either although I accept that I will gain some.
