Since 1983 Philadelphia has not won a Major Championship. This is just a few of the images of our recent failures, embarassments, or distressed fans. Almost 100 combined seasons to date. Boston has nothing on us.

so what it only gets worse before it gets better. example phillies got swept in 07 and won in 08 and are trying to win again. the flyers are 5 -2 now best start since 2002.eagles have deasean jackson 2nd most td's in nfl as of now and over 300 yards best wr since T0. and the sixers made it to the playoffs last year

I didn't say TO wasn't a good player. His attitude and grandstanding are why I cheered when he left. He wasn't a team player and here in Philly, we don't tolerate that well.

So even though the phillies broke the streak and delivered for us, the eagles act like nothing ever changed, going out in true eagles style. But unlike those other 3 NFC title losses, we still have a world championship at home.

im far from against our winning, hell I was AT game 5 and the parade, Lidge's final strikeout was the most exciting thing I have ever seen. I sure don't want to become greedy like a boston fan over this. This is the first title since I was 6 months old and the sixers won. So waiting that long...this title can certainly keep me happy for a long time to come.

The Drew Reference is toward a high first round pick that refused to play in philly because the phillies were so bad at the time. He is an a**hole who didn't want to help make the team better. As a result i have booed him every time i have seen his name.

the kid was a PUNK, he waited a whole year to re enter the draft, rather than signing with us. Wonder if he was playing for the love of the game or not...
