Misha performs a dance with her snake, Asahta, at the March 2010 Bodhi Darma's Got Talent Show. This is an improvisational bellydance solo. Asahta is a ball python - she was someone's pet who was dumped off and has been adopted by Misha. Misha is a bellydance performer and instructor based in Sarasota, FL and is the Dance Facilitator for PURE Sarasota.
Please note: Snakes are NOT a "prop." They are dance *partners* and should be danced with accordingly. If you are interested in snake dance, please remember that using a snake in dance is not something that should be taken lightly - snakes require careful care, feeding, and love as well as regular handling in order to prepare them for dance.
