  • It costs 12,000 dollars to drive with silencer attached to car for 10 seconds. ~Heavy

  • @th0rH Brilliant. Thanks.

  • @YearOfCam - He says "Need silencer!"

  • Only thing is, could never decipher what Kiel says when he first enters. It's either a Russian-ized "Midas Muffler" or some frickin' thing else. What is it?

  • This has gotta be my fave non-jingle commercial of all time. And so Canadian, for the following reason: In the 80's, before the Berlin wall fell, anything that cast Russians in a good light - however cheesy, like this - was kind of taboo and edgy. It probably wouldn't have been made in America and so felt sort of dangerous. "Don't provoke me"! :) That's up there with the best of Frank Booth from Blue Velvet.

  • Too bad Robert Tessier didn't break Richard Kiel's nose like he did in The Longest Yard.

  • @videozfann - "Jaws" was a scary guy from 'James Bond's The Spy Who Loved Me'. 'Matt Houston' was one of my father's favorites shows.

  • glory days of tv

  • epic casting!

  • You are the MAN Retrontario. One of my all time favourites!
