This is a trip that my brother, Niko, and I took to Oahu, Hawaii in April, 2008. In one word, it was awesome (okay, three). We traveled all over the island during the week we were there, visiting the east side, the south, the middle, a bit of the west, and my favorite, the north, and most specifically, The North Shore, and a spot that has got to be one of the most magical places on earth, Sunset Beach. This video was created by Aaron Scherer, who took my photos and made something truly wonderful with them. The music is by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole; his version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", an incredibly touching rendition, I think, and one that truly captures the amazing special-ness of this trip.
