So is SGA. Doesn't matter. We'll always have fanfiction with Weir in it & the fanfiction writers always wrote SGA better anyway.

I just had to comment again...this is just such a beautiful and heartbreaking tribute to one of the greatest love stories. ..I agree with you BRING BACK ELIZABETH..THE ONE TRUE GREAT LEADER OF ATLANTIS, John is just a shadow of what he once was...we need our SPARKY fix..if only tptb woudl wise up and put Torri in the movies

I guess I can't help but be less than thrilled when I hear those silly power guys were going to push a relationship between John and Teyla for Season 6. That would have been very difficult to accept. SPARKY all the way.

@gerrisexy1 Oh I TOTALLY agree!!! But there was nothing wrong with Teyla. Teyla wasn't pushed on us. Carter was.

TPTB need to realize the ultimate power of SPARKY and give us a reunion movie.
It is ridiculous that they push Carter and Teyla on us. There was never a stronger actress on the show than Torri. She was magnificent. The writers concentrated too much on the men. I was so tired of Sheppard and McKay centered plot lines.

@atlantisflygirl They should have kept Weir in. They could have had both Weir & Carter on the show.

@Lizfan2 Weir wasn't in season four as Amanda Tapping who played Sam Carter signed on for an 11th season of SG-1. As she was under contract the studios had two choices pay for her nothing or pay her for a show...hence why her character was written in and the character of Weir pushed out.

So beautiful and so sad. If only Sparky could be together. I cry when I watch him leave her behind. You can see it breaks John's heart.
