tutorial on making a region mod on morrowind

same way as making a house mod but its land editing.

to get the land editor up just press H on keyborad while on the construction set.

to flatten land . use the land editor H and check mark the box that saids flatten vertexes

to color the land. have the land editor up and right click on the land

to make a region to go world,region then click new region and click on any spot on the map and it will get you to name your region

hmm a oblivion to morrowind transfer i never herd of a thing like that cause morrowind is a very old game its made around 1998 and oblivion is a newer than morrowind so your looking at transferring items from games that are both in different times so im thinking it might cause the game crash if you do something like that
