The lower notes at the beginning are a little prevailing, and could do with adjusting slightly, also it may be a better idea to not do it in one take for speed as a couple of parts really badly sync'd. I know you already mentioned the Syncronisation in the info, but fix those things and it is a really good song (I especially liked 2:39-2:46)!
The logo is awesome :)
