Eviolin & Emandolin setup....

Hey yall,

It's been a while since I put up my video of my setup for the violin, and I haven't done anything for the mandolin yet, so I figured an update would be appropriate. Some things have changed, gone wireless, guitar synth, etc.

Although I haven't put up anything using the mandolin with synth yet, that's to come. I haven't really composed any songs for the mando w/ synth, but I'm starting to get somewhere with one of them. Anywho, please Email or message me with any more questions, or you can just post questions as comments... whatever.

Alright then, please forgive me for all of the stuttering, I've always had a problem with that... really sucks.

NOTE: I'm no longer using ANY of this setup other than the Prime KB30 amplifier and a couple of the cords. I now put my acoustic violin (Schatten pickup installed) through a Fishman Pro EQ II and a Line 6 M9. Much smaller and simpler and sounds a lot better.

What is the make and model of your violin?

I am looking for one with tuning machines, and they are hard to find at a reasonable price.

Hey, mine is made by EVL (electric violin lutherie) and is a five string with classic body, Schatten pickup and tuning machines. The machines cost a bit more than the traditional tuners, but they're stable. I understand your desire for machines. Most companies offer them now, but they can greatly increase the price. At EVL it'll only go up $150.
