Paper Corrugation machine With Auto Sheet cutter and Slitter

Corrugation machine:- The Oblique type High Speed Model Offers a high rate of production and enhanced efficiency. The flute rollers mounted on Ball Bearing / PB2 Bushes for smoother running and for longer life, EN-19 Grade Flute Rolls with IS-210 FG-260/300 Grade Pressure Roll for longer life and impact the proper impression on the board. This machine comes with Automatic Lifting Reel stand with
twin reel shafts. The electric heaters are provided for the appropriate
conversion of paper to 2-ply, and comes with I.S.I. marked Motor and
Branded AC drive as a standard part of machine.

Auto Sheet Cutter :- This machine structure is designed to cut Paper as well
as 2-ply corrugated board (without making any damage to flute) in the form of sheets. This machine can be used as an independent unit or can be easily synchronized with the corrugation machine for direct & accurate sheet cutting. Cutting length can be adjusted with the help of Changing Gears( Geed Feed Model) and by Turning Size Wheel ( P.I.V. Gear Box Model ) , which is fitted with reduction gear box for maximum torque on low speed. 22 Gears Set to cut the sizes from 5" to 120" in length ( Gear feed Model ) and with P.I.V. gear box you can cut the sizes from 20" to 90" in length. The belt convey the cut paper or 2-ply for manual selection or on stacker attached. Heavy Duty C.I. Casted reel stand is a standard part of the machine. Equipped with variable motor with drive which is fitted with Auto-Digital preset counter and Auto Stop function for
production lot.
