  • @coolcabincrew its because it activates your core allot more than normal dips, because your body becomes unevenly balanced

  • i have a question. the first exercise for back isnt better if i do it behind my neck ? i pull up myself behind my back. in my view its much concentrated on your back. what do think about it?
