@coolcabincrew its because it activates your core allot more than normal dips, because your body becomes unevenly balanced

you are a begginer, you have to buy a protein shake bro!!
you have to increasse you carbs in the lunch, you can do so much!!!!!!!

@lkhweb its a general rule not to do that since the risk of injury is great..

i have a question. the first exercise for back isnt better if i do it behind my neck ? i pull up myself behind my back. in my view its much concentrated on your back. what do think about it?
