It's really not about rushing these Kids into memorising everything you wan't them to learn but about getting them to develop as a player. You guys would be better off halving the trainin these kids do and replace that with tournaments and events. training and knowledge i still believe is high priority but match play and getting in events i think is most important courts are where ideas and confidence are made.

WHen he is a little older he must also remember to "lead" with the buttcap of the racket on the onehanded backhand instead of just throwing the head of the racket at the ball.

good basic split step, bit late on contact, not sure he should be hitting so much in open stance at his age (core strength)- prefer neutral stance/ step in tip stance as weight transfer easier and encourages linear straight pathway. nice follow thr over his shoulder where he catches racket, bit close on contact

i like the Bollettieri school, it's very tecnical,i think the best in the world.
