I think I have to disagree. The graph is neither decreasing nor increasing at a relative min/max so a soft bracket must be used.

in question e and f, should there be a hard bracket? At the max and min it is neither increasing nor decreasing.

Hi dfollett76!
[ ] means it goes to that point, including that point.
So the graph increases or decreases to that point, but no
further.
