Eric Bard plays All Blues by Miles Davis

This was the best of 3 or so takes for an audition tape for USC. The other takes will be posted soon. I chose this song after I watched the video of John McLaughlin & Bireli Lagrene playing it on youtube ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MK2kYeqwMnE ) and it inspired me to try a solo of my own. I go a little crazy in some parts to show off a bit (because its for an audition). Thanks for playin accompaniment Massimo De Maria!

@timwarneka I'm currently still waiting to hear back from them. The deadline for them to let me know is June 1st of this year. My live audition went as well as it possibly could have gone and I couldn't be happier with how I performed for the faculty, however you never know what they'll say in the end.

Well it needs a lot of work. I can tell what song your playing and your playing well but it still doesn't sound that good because your playing the chords in a bland unsoulful uncolorful way and as the song goes on and it just sucks. But you guys are young and have potential and i wish you the best of luck,but who the fuck am i anyway. I can by the way play it better, maybe i should post a video up here.
