Hey guys, welcome to my blu-ray collection and yet to another blu-ray update of the week, I guess you could say I am addicted to blu-ray! This week is Disney Pixar madness with the release of Cars in blu-ray dvd for the second time. This edition is simply a repackaging. And it packs all of the bonus features from its previous 2007 release and other than being a combo pack and bringing 2 shorts remastered in HD: Mater and the Ghostlight and One Man Band in high definition 1080p, everything else is exactly the same and identical to the previous release, including audio and subtitles.. Cars is a 2006 American animated family film produced by Pixar and directed by both John Lasseter and Joe Ranft. It is the seventh Disney Pixar feature film, and the final film by Pixar before it was bought by Disney. Set in a world populated entirely by anthropomorphic cars and other vehicles, it features voices by Owen Wilson, Paul Newman (in his final non-documentary feature), Bonnie Hunt, Cheech Marin, Jenifer Lewis, Tony Shalhoub, John Ratzenberger, George Carlin, Larry the Cable Guy and Michael Keaton as well as voice cameos by several celebrities including Jeremy Piven, Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear, Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Bob Costas, Darrell Waltrip, Jay Leno, Michael Schumacher, Tom and Ray Magliozzi from NPR's Car Talk, and Mario Andretti.

i hate the cases where you have to slide the disc out of it, i was dissapointed with the simpsons from season 11 onwards when they started doing it, the discs get scratched :(
