  • You are correct, too much of the gas tax money is used for other funds that have nothing to do with highways.

  • Screw a North American Union... Screw this highway and every other superhighway connecting to it.... screw Rick Perry in his arse with a broom handle. Im going to go buy some ammo...

  • They actually have enough money from gas taxes to pay for the roads. Roads are not free. The money has to come from somewhere. If they were not getting enough from the gas tax, I would be in favor of raising it. It has nothing to do with what we want to pay and everything to do with what it costs. I'd like everything to be cheaper but that isn't the reality. Government has ways to mask costs but don't fool yourself into thinking that anything the government provides is free.

  • are you not paying enough already for gas if not come to kentucky and pay for mine

  • "...The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the

blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it's natural manure."

    Thomas Jefferson

  • Good point Silly. Our government that forces us into expanding a war that 70% of us oppose. Now they are going to abolish the U.S., our constitution & Bill of Rights and replace it with a North American Parliment who will outlaw our civil liberties. They are lying about it, playing word games, claiming it's not happening, using stealth, press blackouts. Regardless of what the project is we can't tolerate a gov't that lies to us while removing our liberties and democratic processes.

  • The BIG DEAL is NAIPN at nascocorridor(dot)com and not just because moving the borders to various inland locations erases our notions of where the borders really are, thus furthering the CFR SPP agenda for a North American Union. There is a real threat to national security posed by inland ports. The plans for the NAU by Robert Pastor include a North American Parliament to which the U.S. constitution and Bill of Rights would be subordinated, effectively NULLIFIED.
