  • OMG HE IS AWESOME

  • People shouldn't compare George Takei to god. I mean, god is cool in all, but he's no George Takei!

  • @LRPharm54 It honestly doesn't matter, language is what the majority make it.

  • Profanity in excess shows me that most people who use profanity daily simply didn't learn English, haven't improved their compendium of knowledge, and slept through English class. Even now people still say "due to": The weather was due to high pressure systems. Bullshit! It resulted from or came about from high pressure. I don't owe high pressure systems a penny! Also an SUV and a Pickup are not Cars! Why do they insist on insulting real cars by referring to them as such? Nuff Said!

  • Takai....rhymes with.....okay!

  • Yes but this is Josh Thompson impersonating George Takei

  • Ps. Yay, Takei!

  • I don't normally squabble with trolls, but @Idazmi7 -- you mean "his name's sake." 1. @Sleddog116 is offended at your actions *precisely because* he says you are doing damage to the name of Jesus Christ. Therefore, by hating him & by your intended quote, he's the blessed one. 2. By the quote you gave, someone who is hated because he's sleeping with Jesus Hernandez is the blessed one. 3. Unless you're dining tonight with a prostitute & a tax collector, you're not following each word of The Word.

  • @Sleddog116 We're done talking because you know I am correct. The Son of God called himself a "Rock of Offense" and the Beatitudes stated that the righteous are "blessed when hated for his namesake".

Unlike most Christians, I actually READ the words, and never just edit out the parts that will make me unpopular.

  • @Idazmi7

And you DARE to call yourself a follower of Christ? The damage that people like you do to the cause of Christ sickens me. If you were truly following Christ, you would show love to all people - even those who are "sinners" in your eyes. If you're not willing to do that, then you have no right to call yourself a servant of God. Take the last word if you want - we're done talking.

  • @Sleddog116 I did not miss anything. Gays are quite obviously exempt from that kind of respect: they are only mentioned when people are ordered to *kill* them!

  • @Idazmi7

Exodus 17 discusses the defeat of the Amalekites. (Look it up, if you indeed have a Bible.) Also, while on your self-righteous tirade of (incorrectly quoted) Scripture, you clearly missed Galatians 5:6 - "The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love." If you can, in good conscience, say "I hate homosexuals" while at the same time calling yourself a "Christian" then you have no right - NONE - to apply Christ's name to yourself.
