@JoeBonsall No, Joe, it is WE who are honored by the sacrifices of your parents and those like them who fought for the freedom to live our lives as we choose.
And thank YOU for expressing our gratitude in words that many of us could never do. God bless you, and I know that He is already enjoying the company of those two wonderful pople who you so eloquently remembered.

This video sure brought this big man to his knees in prayer and also tears fall every time I watch it. I am proud of these two for what they did for me and the U.S.A. On top of that to have a love like that today is a God send and I thank God I have that. 34 years and counting for us. 1/14/12

A beautiful and moving song. A tribute to the greatest generation whose relentless courage and sacrifice have paved the way for the freedoms we enjoy and hold dear in this day!

I met you guys in Warren, OH a few years ago as an officer of Warren Civic Music Ass'n. You were terrific that night but this song by Joe Bonsall brought tears to my eyes and a huge lump in my throat.
The night you played for us, we were begging for a few extra minutes to start the show as we were totally sold out and had a new bus system in place. You, Joe, were so very kind and understanding!
May God always bless you and your folks, G I Joe and Lillie!
