Wai Khru Ceremony, Wat Bang Phra, Bangkok, Thailand March 2009 by Samuel Morgan Shaw

In 2009, I attended the Wai Khru (honour the teacher) festival at Wat Bang Phra "Temple of the Little Buddha" in Bangkok, Thailand. The 3 day festival pays homage to Luang Phor Pern.
As well as taking the photos you see here. I was also tattooed by the monk Hlwong Pi Phaew.

@Merzdaman they are not angry yet could be perceived as such.. everyone was very very nice and very inquisitive..infact..being tattooed there...i realize i am part of a brotherhood now.. pretty amazing!
