How do you do a video capture on a pc?  I want to record some speed runs.

sub 1:20 can be achieved pretty easily if you 1) double jump with out rewind at 0:36 and 2) if you manage to get past the plant on the left without having to wait for it.

Also, i think heading for the left door and picking up the ring on the way may be faster than heading for the right door at 1:24

woah I just solved the plant part much easier, if you hold rewind time + up you just pause the plants and all the guys cross easily

You're thinking of a different level. Neither of the blocks is phased, so rewinding has no effect whatsoever on whichever one makes it first.

you dont need it at all if you dont rewind at any point going up. So just run like hell avoid gettin hit then ull make it even faster

You can save even more time if you pick up the ring you drop at the beginning. You really only need to leave it there for a few seconds for the platform to slide out. So just wait there and then pick it up and move on. You don't need the ring to get the second piece, but at least you don't have to run back and pick it up.
