They don't. This is a clone.
If you want to form your own opinion about Dumble amps, go play one (if you can find one).
But yeah. That's like saying "what's so great about the twin? It can't do teh brootalz liek mah 5150!!1"

Great sounding amp how much do you charge to build one?

Lovely tone, though I agree that it's hard to hear through your crap microphone.
Nevertheless, nice build.

@guns1rose Dumble custom rebuilt alot of amps as well as from scratch, all the actual instrument derived schematics had channel switching.

No, I made the chassis, front and back plate, and wired the whole thing, using the hybrid-a schematics, with some mods

This comment has received too many negative votes show
sounds like a $200 dobro with a bunch of 60 cycle hum

thanks for the critisism. The guitar is a home made one, so 200 dollars are just about right, although it's not a dobro..
During Christmas, a local guitar player unplugged his 65 Super, and used the Dumble for the whole show in stead, and he loved the sound. I guess the microphone on my camcorder doesn't do the amp justice.

the recording is bad but i can hear the voicing of the amp and it sounds dead on

Thanks! You're right, it's the camcorder mic, that's all.
