This seems to be a clip from "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" (which is why there is an ABC bug in the corner of the whole clip) where they showed the commercial airing followed by the CNBC news story. At the very end of the clip you can hear an audience starting to laugh and about 1/2 a syllable of what sounds like Jimmy Kimmel starting to talk. I have no doubt that the commercial and news story aired like that back-to-back on CNBC.
