Redemption. The atonement of guilt. Is it possible for killers to reform and change their lives? Or are murderers always evil? For decades, Dr. Michael Stone has explored the nature of evil, examining the heinous crimes people commit. But now Dr. Stone will use his scale to explore a new question: is evil a constant state? Is redemption possible? Can a killer change? Dr. Stone interviews Billy Wayne Sinclair, a convicted murderer sentenced to death; Archie McCafferty, a self admitted killer given three life terms; Daniel Nieto, a life time gangster and Helen Prejan, a spiritual counselor who has witnessed multiple executions. He will explore their crimes and their lives.

  • I don't know what I think just yet about whether or not these guys have trully rehabilitated. I think we can all be driven to a point where we do terrible things and I do think for the most part, people can change and come back from that but it's difficult to decide unless you are in their shoes. For eg. The guy who went on a rampage after the death of his son has not killed anyone for 10 years and that in itself shows to some degree that there's rehabilitation, the mental side of it though.. :S

  • @silver760

Given how he spent a life amongst the uneducated and aggressive, and the sector of society in which he came from, his Ebonic accent is probably the only way he is capable of speaking in.

  • Everyone is 'Evil', everyone.

  • @Yasii1 "You knooow?" said in a whispering slimebag Latio turd voice "You knoooooow?" another line scum like this use that drives me potty is "It is what it is" usually said after the have murdered someone,or when they are sat in jail for killing someone for looking at them "funny". "I shot him 23 times in the face cos 'ee looooked at me funneelee from across the strip,he d'issed me MAN!! It is what is,you know" Brain dead illiterate twats. Also the word "Nigger" by blacks after almost every word

  • @silver760 lol it's like NO WE DON"T KNOW!

  • @Yasii1 Yes,his accent and inability to construct sentences of more than a few words drives me nuts too.You can see that he's struggling not to use the words "Dawg" , "Homie" , "Man" throughout that interview.

  • You can take the rat out the hood, but you cant take the hood out the rat.Just the way Nieto talks and his mannerisms screams drug dealing, gun toting, thieving "Gangbanger",If he could learn to talk and act in a normal way his "Redemption" might be a bit more believable.People are all too quick to judge and if you sound/act like a criminal, they will think you are a criminal even if you have changed. It's shouldn't take too much effort to learn normal speech with sentences more than 4/5 words long?
