The following routine was presented totally impromptu for a group of friends using a borrowed deck. The routine comprised of Dai Vernon's Matching The Cards and the sensational routine "The Hitchcock Travelers" created by my friend Darwin Ortiz.

  • Absolutely amazing rendition of the Hitchcock travelers love that effect seen Darwin Ortiz perform this and you both do it so wonderfully I'm practicing this one myself but I also am a newcomer to magic. I'm still working my way along the royal road to card magic and having a blast! :)

  • Im surprised that we can watch this for free. It left me mystified how Great he is at what he does. and i got a mind fuck, and didn't have to pay for it!!

  • i didnt believe my eyes when i first saw it! real magic! impossible magic!

  • That was the most amazing beautiful magic! Michael you really inspire me, I've only been doing magic for 2 months so I'm a newbie :P but when I first saw you on Penn and Teller's Fool Us, you really blew me away! I hope one day I can be as good as you haha. Hey one question, just out of curiosity is that just some patter about the Casino or did that really happen haha

  • @wirmackt To be fair, it's a fairly casual performance, not at a stage or anything... looks more like a dining room. And i myself have been guilty of not applauding, but i can tell you that its normally because i'm too busy going "WhaaA?? How the...?" so, the laughter is a form of applause, because as a performer. magician or otherwise, the audience is enjoying their selves and that's the whole point.

  • That was amazing.

  • I am privileged to count Mike as a friend :) this is an example of how to perform magic properly.

    Jack

  • This is a damn good illusion!

  • Michael when you starred on Penn and teller fool us you said "i hope one day i can inspire somebody who isn't even born yet", "and that really tickles me" well i can say i have loved your elegance and beauty in card magic for the whole 14 years of my life so you did inspire somebody who wasn't born yet :) please continue to do tricks you are my idol. :)

  • who are those numb spectators..he should get applause but they just sitting there like retarded
