@rewindyourpants try using pine charcoal and dont ball mill rocket bp no need can even use 57/34/9 as displayfireworks1 does,for one pounders mate

i notice you are only using 1T of pressure? is 12T the smallest you can get or something? sorry, i know very little about press', ive always rammedmy motors!

@murdoch2486 In the case i have the components ready ;) The 12T is pure overkill for these motors, but there is so much more i use the press for in pyro and lots more to come, so i bought it with that in the back of my mind. There are "lighter" and cheaper ones. They come with manometer in 4T also 10T. It's sure worth to buy/make a good one. I'm going to buy a BP puck tool that allows 1Kg of BP per press, so i need some power :)

One thing I hate/love about getting new tooling is it is a whole new process and I have to perfect everything agian, but I like it becasue it brings me back to my noob days........
