Latest info suggests it will come with ICS. The time lag between switching from the two modes is said to be fast enough for you to pull out the phone to make and receive calls but the smart money is on using a bluetooth handsfree. The real benefit is not having to pay to connection charges. The tablet would share the 3g data connection of the phone. And synching data and contacts would not be a problem as everything is run off the phone. The tablet just provides power and a bigger screen

@SouthFacedWindows I'll bet it'll be sort of like the Atrix; you buy the phone by itself, and add the tablet accessory on separately. OF COURSE, it'll cost less than buying a phone and a full blown tablet; the entire point of this design is to minimize the cost to the consumer and maximize practicality.
