Crestwood Springfarm York Hill is a neighbourhood that most was developed since the early 1980's. The neighbourhood runs north of Steeles Ave, south of Centre street and bounded by Bathurst Street to the west and Yonge Street to the east. Crestwood, Springfarm Yorkhill are nestled in the southwest of Thornhill Vaughan north of Toronto.
This area consists of mailnly detached, semis, links, townhouses and condominiums. You have a full range of the type of dwellings you need. Prices vary from over 2 million for a luxury estate property to the mid 300"s for a smaller townhomes links and semis. Though few condominiums range from mid 200's upward to penthouses close to a million.
Known as a quiet area north of the city but minutes to all amenties. Built around a group of parkrs and trails greenspace is ample in this mature neighbourhood. More of a family neighbourhhod with all activities ranging from sports to arts and many community activities.
Demographics show a large Jewish community as well as representation from both the Asian and Italian cultures.
