  • I love his tone quality. It isn't as strong as Alessi's, but Rijen's is very personalized and unique. Thumbs up!

  • Greatest piece for trombone i've ever heard, and the soloist pulls it off perfectly

  • @tinkerbell09ization Jörgen's weapon of choice is made by Courtois.

  • Was that a Bach 42b??

  • Jörgen gave a lecture last year at my college. He's a very passionate player and tries to emphasize the importance of getting INTO the music. To stand with purpose and play with purpose. He had a lot of wonderful things to say. He's incredible and I can't wait to see more of him.

  • i thought his trombone was yamaha?\

  • @tromuniapp nope he plays a Courtois

  • Is that a Blessing? Because if it is, then I have the same trombone.

  • And that my friend is how you make a musical phrase!

  • I don't like watching him play because of how much he moves, but he sounds fantastic!

  • This guy has a freaking soul, like a boss.

I'd like to thank the pianist for making a fucking beautiful accompaniment.

  • Respond to this video... I actually like this more than I like Alessi's version.... Alessi sounds a bit too neutral for my taste... This guy's got passion.

I'm lovin' the massive dynamic contrast.
