STS-135 is the final mission of NASA's 30+ year Space Shuttle Program. The Atlantis orbiter touched down at 5:57:00am EDT, a minute after scheduled.

"Space shuttle Atlantis is carrying the Raffaello multipurpose logistics module to deliver supplies, logistics and spare parts to the International Space Station. The mission also is flying a system to investigate the potential for robotically refueling existing spacecraft and returning a failed ammonia pump module to help NASA better understand the failure mechanism and improve pump designs for future systems."
