Battlefield 3 HIGH Settings |Nvidia GT 430 1GB DDR3| |Intel E3400 3.0 GHz|

FPS with Fraps: 22-30
Fps without Fraps: 28-47

The game runs very well without Fraps. On High the graphics are just amazing, but I didn't wanted to go as high as Ultra, because there is just a little bit of lag.
