Turn the brightness up on the Desire. I have the Desire and it goes way brighter than that. We're not stupid.

The HTC? Theres just no contest , the iphone 4 is just a fashion accessory now , everyone assumes its the best but do your research and the htc is better in pretty much every way, the screens bigger, much much better camera , alot more freedom , and theres no black blocks at the top and bottom of the thing , not to mention the fact that the iphone's memory cant be expanded. Oh, and its cheaper and it wont shatter to pieces when you drop it.

I have an htc desire, at first it seemed like the shit, now i realise it sucks, go with an iphone, they are far more reliable , have much more freedom, like more apps and features, more people have them so specific messenger apps work better, they are actually quite robust and the touch calibration never majorly buggers up so your pressing an a and your phone thinks your pressing an l!

@menel321 there are actually animations on android, he just didn't set it up, and android can go way brighter, so i assume he is in the side of Apple, since he doesn't mention all the positive things about HTC phones.
