Thought this was the most extrodinary middle distance win from any horse last year....I include Sea The Stars and Zenyatta in that....incredible stuff this.

1 of my all time favorite horses, presious passion (understand spelling=incorrect) coming back to the Mouth on the 12th, get some money soon, this horses a fucking freak.... 19.4 quarter... 1/2 45.1... Stills able to win a 1 1/4 race despite blistering fractions... Horse= an enigma, truly beautiful watching him run, take a look @ him running the gulfstream, I remember that race, god i love this sport

I don't think he's HOY, but definitely my nominee for best older horse and turf horse. But I have a feeling that Gio Ponte will probably get it.

Regardless of whether he ran a quarter in 19 seconds, this is a fantastic performance... it's one of the very best performances this year by any horse of any age or gender including Rachel Alexandra and Zenyatta. This is not the first time this year that this horse has sped to a huge lead at 11 furlongs and he has fight for the stretch. This horse deserves to be considered in the Horse of the Year discussion. I sincerely hope they take their BC spot this year.
