This is what the high-energy & fun-loving people of Lakeland, FL were doing on Saturday, April 21st, 2012 along with over 50,000 other folks in 300+ cities! All of this was simply a celebration of LIFE and being able to enjoy an active lifestyle. Visalus promoters were also celebrating our 1,000,000 person starting their own Body by Vi 90 Day Challenge!

Special thanks to Nathan Waters of NLW Productions for editing, compiling & producing this video, Stacy Hall of Justice for Girls, Lakeside Village security for not making this complicated & of course, the Flashmob dancers who made it all happen!!
