I always ask my little 5 year old daughter, "Do you know how to eat an Elephant?" And the answer is "one bite at a time". So when she says she can't do something, I say "Well, let's just start with the Elephant's trunk, now." Once the first part is done, I say "Okay, now, what about his ears?" Etc. And soon she does things she thought were too big for her to handle. Step by step, a little bit at a time, with persistence.
noo i dont want to take the next step ahhh right, im getting to it
