Humane Borders Budget Cuts- Austin Counts

Pima County in Tucson, Ariz. has implemented a 10-percent budget cut to all contracted agencices for the fiscal year of 2010. Non-profit, border activist organization Humane Borders was hit particuarly hard as their $25,000 annual budget shrank by a consideralble sum. Austin Counts investigates the matter and it's possible effects on the future of Humane Borders.
