  • Can ankle sprain really be cured 100%?

    it's the 4th week after i have sprained my ankle, and i can already get back to my activities but i still got some little pain and uncomfortable after wake up from bed, jumping vigorously and squating. Is there anyway to fully cure ankle up to 100%?

  • I have a major degree of collapse arches in both my feet,i also have an extra long bone in my left foot.
