Sensei Mina Yamazaki performs a slow-motion version of Ni Pai Po for teaching purposes at the 10th Annual Japan Karate-Do Ryobu-Kai Elite Karate Training Camp in Kansas City.
That was great, looks exactly how I learned it in Hayashi Ha Shito Ryu (today Inoue Ha Shito Ryu) about 8 years ago. I took a break from karate these last couple of years and having moved to another town, away from my club, I'm just beginning to practice again, at home, on my own, to start up again... This video really helps my Nipaipo.
Nice, This is the wkf version. I like the kufukan version more,But still a very good kata.
