In the restaurant, students rotate weekly through various positions, including management, in order to learn all aspects of a hospitality operation. Some of the finest professionals in the industry facilitate student learning. The faculty team includes Chef Ernie Briones, Lesley Butler, Barbara Jean Bruin, Scott Rudolph and Ben Dewald.
Suggestions:
1) Break out the Student Managers interview section into a separate video
2) This video should be recorded in HD (wide screen without the black bars on the side), to show that RKR and SHRM is just as advance in technology.
3) I like the Culinary Garden section, and I think it deserves to be broken out into its own video.
