The secret to turn someone into a Zombie is based on a chemical formula extrated from a poisonous fish. Once it is introduced in the body of the individual it could cause a deep sleep that borders between a coma and semiconsciousness. Now, he or she is ordered to perform certain acts required. These secrets have been used by the CIA in their mind control programs..for example the so called "Manchiria Candidate" programs of mind control. Thus pushing individuals to commit horrific acts of violence in the name of Democracy.

@wububububruno25 but you are missing the point ,,, there is no out break because it is a pioson not an infection so it is impossible for a out break ,,, and zombies are not dangerous nor do they eat humans ,,, the only way for a mass zombafacation is if there was a mass piosoning and even then zombies are not dangerous they are just dudes that have suffered from a piosn and lack of oxygen that effects their thinking

@purplevenom1000 rofl... people can already get Rabies if they get bitten or scratched by an animal that is infected with Rabies and people can infect others by biting them but it takes long(a few hours or days) before we get infected and it kills the person who is infected quite soon after infection so if the virus mutates wich could take 100s of years then we could get a zombie outbreak
