  • @ISTJful No one sounds arrogant, they're just bringing up points.... nothing wrong with that...the problem is people like you crying down all viewpoints that don't agree with yours...

  • "Act arrogantly and that everyone who doesn't agree with you is just dumb...."

The above explains most of the comments on this thread.

  • Taxation is not the way to go.

  • I totaly agree!!!! more money in our pockets!!!

  • wat consequences??? the id be proud if those were my granparrents, and the CFC thing: even if they still put them out therre and pay for it, its still out there lolz. More money in my pocket!! I'd rather have more money in my pocket than pay more taxes for somethin we cant control, like global warming lolz

  • I dont think Obama hired John Holdren so he can make more money. I think he hired the new science advisor because he is right. We are destroying the climate.. and even if we don't we need to put all your effort in to prevent it..

Yeah i know, caring about the nature costs money.. You just wanna drive your big cars and burn more fuel and you dont wanna pay taxes..

  • "one day someone discovered a hole in the ozone layer."

And they've determined that's abnormal - after only 50 or so years of observation. They want it to close, but if memory serves correctly, I read an article that said if it did close Antarctica would be much warmer... the alarmists are in opposition to themselves.

  • Yet we banned CFC's by the 90's and the biggest hole in the ozone was discovered in 2006? So then those who said CFC's were responsible were then saying carbon was responsible?

  • From the keyboard of a somewhat rational researcher, I will tell you that the degree of anthropogenic influence on climate change will never be empirically determinable; however, it doesn't matter. - Because, what is beyond debate is that human activity has resulted in the toxification and pollution of the land, water, and air, critical resource and habitat depletion and species extinctions. If we don't address, head on, true sustainability and human population levels, we're screwed. sup 2 U

  • Take home message.

Do not vote for ANYONE spouting AGW / CO2 Man made climate change.

They do not have YOUR (or the planet's) interests at heart.
