R.I.P. pontiac-.-

not more! i had one for a few years.....but prefered to exchanche the euro-mirrors to originals as fast as possible ;-)
-
@chickcheckah Do you own one with this paddle mirrior? I have one here in kuwait, but the privious owner switch to regular ones.
-
A 87' Trans Am with the ugly rectangular sidemirrors? I ever thought they were only used for the export models. Here in germany most of the Firebird owners try to rebuild the nice triangular mirrors but especially the electric ones are hard to find....

@demolitionbeats1 I disagree. Fiero only weighing in at 2400lbs and has a world of easy-to-do swaps available. 1 being the 3800 supercharged engine, direct bolt in on the v6 harness. Gives you a compact, FUEL EFFICIENT (35mpg+), faster than a corvette, sports car.
Yes, a 3800sc in a fiero is low 13s high 12s. Minor mods gives you a low 12s car... Which puts most of todays super cars to shame. Even many lambos. Then you still have chevy's reliability. MPG. And no frequent 10k$ engine service.

Trans am was the best car pontiac made. I gotta beat up 88' trans am that im fixing up, looks almost like the one in the video. Im 16 and couldn't ask for a better car

If you would have told me 24 years ago Pontiac would be defunct and Hyundai would have some of the more interesting designs on the road I would have slapped you silly. Glad I was alive then. Every teenage boy coveted the Trans Am!
-
I had a Grand Am once. It was like a regular car except it broke twice as fast, had miles of steering play, and the dashboard caught fire.
You certainly did build excitement toward the end, Pontiac.

the only thing i see exciting in this lot is that trans am and even that is lacking in few commodities
I'll take the T/A and the Fiero, please...
