Our hamburgers are made fresh everyday and we pride ourselves in making small batches of all of our toppings. We use the finest quality bread, with less salt baked specially for us by Constantine the Baker, who has been baking in Dallas for over 20 years, We have worked very hard to create some of our specialty dishes and sandwiches and look forward to your comments about our fare. Our Chicken Burger meat is ground fresh everyday in our kitchen and is combined with a secret blend of spices to provide a lean, healthy alternative for those who want to venture outside the "traditional burger box". Our Big Dog is a foot long; 8 oz. certified Black Angus hot dog that we hope will have you coming back for a long time to come. Our Queso and homemade Paradise Mayonnaise are over the top and our Onion Rings and Onion Strings are hand battered and breaded and fried to order.
