You think his words would make much sense when quoted in context?
-
@Moragauth Exactly, when you quote someone out of context and his words don't make much sense anymore that person has got to be blamed.
-
He publicly apologized for both of those things, however, and has only recently become Libertarian.

Obama is hilarious. I am going to spend some money on some important things. Yes? How much? Which would those be? You don't know you say? Well then you don't differ from McStupid.
-
Cronyism and corruption from Wall St. coming from McCain is hilarious seeing as he was one of the Keating 5.
-
I didn't know that. No wonder there was such a strong feeling against Bob Barr. I hope he changed his mind, a person can truly change... Although at the same time he is a politian so you never really know
-
haha I'm a libertarian and that's why I'm not huge fan of his. He voted for the Iraq War and the Patriot Act. His voting record was not libertarian at all. I think some people were willing to forgive him for the sake of the party, but he killed that by trashing a real libertarian Ron Paul.

why are some people so bitter with Bob Barr? What did he do? I must have missed something because he actually looks to me like a good guy. I may be biased, I'm a strong libertarian.
This is a really accurate summary of the "debate," I'm sad to say.
When Obama said "One hand giveth, one hand taketh away," he was criticizing McCain. Of course, that phrase really applies to the fiscal policies of both major candidates.
I thought it was really funny that when McCain joked about getting a hair transplant and nobody laughed. "What? You mean he was joking?" :-P
