Thanks for this video. I just inherited a pitzel maker except mine is round and I have heard horror stories of how hard these are to make. You make it look easy. I am going to give it a shot.

they are spell PIZZELE not pitzels. If you are going to try to make them learn to spell the name of the cookie right.

my grandparents used to make these and they were a were a lot thinner and looked like a snowflake almost they were my favorite as a kid. thanks for the recipe. if i get some spare time and fine a pitzel iron will have to give this a shot!
