Key word folks....WAS. JD Powers and Assoc say Continental is # 1 in customer service, Southwest Airlines and even Jet Blue, highest ratings in customer service, NOT DELTA AIRLINES. These aforementioned airlines ALL have contracts, Apparently having a contract makes a difference in the perception of the customers, Just more kool-aid keep DAL free to keep FA's pay lowest of Legendary Carriers. There must be a very good reason Delta wants to keep costs rock bottom low.

As a retiree of 42 years of service, this is what Delta meant to me. Mr. Woolman considered the ladies (that was a long time ago) his daughters. He always said we were ladies and always remember that. Wish the passengers remembered that.
