@ludicer The first ~12" of the barrel (Where the pressure is expected to be highest) is reinforced with couplings, which gives it a double wall thickness. This has proven to be sufficient for all tested operating conditions.

Liking the 5/2 valve! You using oxy in these shots? The muzzle blast at 2:05 is huge, never seen anything like it with MAPP gas.

@MrCrowley45 The last shot (With the huge muzzle blast) was fired back when the launcher was configured to run on oxygen and propane, and it used (IIRC) 14.7PSIG air, 14.7PSIG oxygen, and 28.4% propane. This puts the preignition atmosphere at around 43.2% oxygen, or about double the concentration found in ambient air.
