Honestly, I haven't seen the whole movie, so I can only take this scene for its seven minutes. I just work with a lot of people who shoot this constant "why me?" act. People who think it's their customers who make the job hard. People who think their moral code is an adequate substitute for hard work. "If I'm a good person, then everyone will understand if I get lazy." I took this scene as a stand against that mentality.
