  • Nice catch. thats common when you put a 3/12 boot on a 12/12. that boot cracked when the guy put it on. thats why they make different boots for different pitched roofs.

  • neoprene pipe flashings are best

  • look at the video johnnycap to cover those ugly pvc pipes its a great product

  • I see this all the time, great identification of this common problem homeowners will see on their own roofs.

  • I found out all my boots had rotted the hard way....i saw water stains on the walls in the bathrooms. Luckily they're dirt cheap but they are a lot of work to replace.
